Inspirations
The word inspire comes from the Latin for "to breathe into." The Bible was divinely inspired. God's breath created His word. I hope for my writing to be inspired by God and, in turn, for it to inspire others.
My writing journey began as a child. I had a love of stories and a love of poetry. When I was twelve, I started a diary on New Year's Day. The first entry declared a resolution to "start my book." I did start that book--a couple paragraphs of it. It wasn't until more than twenty years later that I wrote my first full length novel. Along the way, I followed my love of music--pursued a musical career. I also got married and started a family. But now that I've finally followed through with my love of writing, there's no turning back.
I hope you enjoy my blog. I hope that it inspires you. I pray that God will give me the words that you need to hear.
